The wino returns (or woni, as I first typed ) Today I have the Mother of all hangovers. We went out with some other friends last night and drank all sorts - champagne (not ordered by me I might add) wine, baileys, vodka, sambuka! Urghhhh, I really am not a drinker and although it was a great night, I have suffered today. Most notably at Tap Dancing :eek:

On a brighter note, my Dad and I went to collect my discounted cabinet and it looks lovely. DH asked what I was going to put in it and I said I didn't know.
"Oh." he said deadpan "That was worth it then" :cool:

In money news, the lovely EGG wrote to me to say that after careful consideration, they are reducing my credit limit! :rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl: Take it - the card has been cut up and shortly it will be sent back to them when I close the account!!! Can't wait for that day.

Well Gill, I didn't exercise yesterday and doubt I will today, but tomorrow I'll be back on it with a long run, followed by some belly fat blasting! Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, so I'll see if last night harmed my efforts.....
I tried to pre-plan what I was going to eat last night and was panicked when I saw it was mainly pasta and pizza, but ended up eating haddock without the mash :A
I've yet to add up how many calories I drank though :o:o

Don't count the calories for the alcohol......it was a much deserved night out so doesn't warrant worrying about! Just love the fact that you had a good night - even if you are paying for it 24 hours later!!

And at least for your bottle collection you can blame it on there being 2 of you - I will get a reputation as a lonely lush if anyone sees my bin......I have to take it to the bottle bank under cover of darkness

Good Morning

Well, hypno the calories of alcohol this week added up to over 1100! :eek: That is an exception rather than the norm, but I still feel rough this morning

I've weighed myself and have lost.......nothing! I'm gutted but it *is* my Star week as they say in SW and I have lost an inch from my waist :j I do *feel* slimmer and lighter, so hopefully next week it will show on the scales too.

No exercise for 3 days, so today I will be going for a run - not yet though as it's lashing down here - and then I'll do some of my DVD.
I had thought we might go out for the day, but I've got a ton of ironing to do and the kids homework etc, so I think we'll just stay home and snuggle up.
This house is such a happy place to be, that I really don't want to be anywhere else on a weekend now. It's definitely lowered stress levels considerably

Don't be gutted - it was probably because it was only on Friday that you had your drinks! Bet you have a good loss next week!

Thanks RED and DT :A I've stayed within my calories because I've been exercising and I do feel in control and determined to carry on with it.

The girls had a friend over to sleep last night. This morning I woke to them carefully explaining to her how they had worms :o:o
Little DD, said "......yeah, and my Mum had to look in my bum..." MORTIFIED!!!!! :eek: :rotfl:
