Sounds promising, fingers crossed..she sounds like a little diva 'talk to the hand' lol

Oh Km, you have no idea.....
My friends son will never tell her anything he has done, no matter how much he enjoyed it. Once he was out of nursery for the day he never mentioned it. He never mentions school, but love it once he's there. His dad took him to a 'proper' football match and apparently he was really excited, but when he got home and she asked him he just said it was 'OK'

Glad she's not the only one. But later on, when it's on *her* terms () she'll chat away about it. Mostly, when asked about her day she just sighs and says "I don't want to talk about it". Diva.

Well, I'm back to my old procrastinating self. Have set up the iron and ironing board, then watched the last 5 minutes of the Renaissance programme on Beeb 2. They were in the Pantheon in Rome and I got all wistful....

Then I looked at the ironing and thought "I'll just look for bunkbeds for DD1 on Ebay" then "Oooh, I'll just look at Cath Kidston stuff on Ebay", then "Oh, it's 10pm and I CBA'd doing the ironing" :D
Well, it is Saturday night and I'm staying in again. DH is putting me to shame and doing his work (I had haughtily told him earlier, that *I* had work to do too :o:o:o)

S*d it, I"m off to watch telly in bed - night all!

She certainly does has character Taxi, will pop over to you in a min ;)

Am shattered. I have been on the go non-stop today. Went for a 6 mile run first thing - it was bliss. Blue sky, cold and quiet - perfect. Yesterday I mowed the lawn and trimmed half the edges. So today I finished that.
Then I covered the seats of 2 chairs my Mum gave me years ago. They were covered in Gold Dralon Mmm mmmm, so I changed them with a remnant I found :money:

Some friends popped round to return something and stayed for a cuppa (though the Mum's had wine :D). When it was time to go their youngest was crying his eyes out, as he wanted to stay with us. They were on their way out for a pub lunch, so I kept the kids and they went off for a peaceful time.

After feeding and entertaining 4 children, our friends came back and we ate apple crumble and had another glass of wine - that was my lunch :o

Then I spent another 2 hours weeding, cutting away dead wood and clearing leaves. I'm ready for a soak in the bath - then I have to tackle the ironing :(

Hope the Sun has been shining where you are :)

I was just thinking of the calories I was burning :D

It really needed doing and might be the last weekend I get before the Winter sets in. I've been so frustrated the last few weeks, when it's been glorious all week when I've been at work, then Persisting it down (as DT would say :D) on a weekend

My back is aching now though :o

    Oh that would be nice....

Sadly, the girls are first and by then we will probably have run out of hot water. DH said it's like living in the 70's :D We still haven't sorted out setting the heating and it's a weird system, where there's a combi boiler and hot and cold water tank....

Anyway, I might take a dip and try not to fall asleep before the lovely huge basket of ironing - groan
