What are you two like :rotfl:

Psychological unravelling and overly dramatic - tbh, it sounds like every prima ballerina who ever danced, they're all mad as ferrets, you know? Seriously bonkers.

Have a lovely weekend away! You're travelling through my neck of the woods, I think, excellent!

All in good humour KC :D

Mmmm, don't know many Prima Ballerinas, but it was very eye-opening and I guess understandable if that's what it takes to get to the top. This one was seriously bonkers - and Mommie Dearest didn't help! I'd like to see Inception next - but in reality, it's more likely to be Gnomeo and Juliet! :rotfl:

I'm basing my prattle on the girls from my ballet school who went on to make a career, and the amount of ballet reading I've done ....

    Hello!

Today has not gone to plan. A friend came to service the boiler this morning and should have been here for an hour - but was still here 3 hours later. There's something wrong with the boiler as the heating has periods when it won't knock off _pale_ We thought it was the timer but apparently not...
It's about 10 years old, so whether it can be fixed is the question - either way it will be at least £200.

My Mum rang to ask if I'd pick her up from the garage as her car's ill. She's starting with the flu too, so I got her some shopping, then sat with her for 2 hours. Time is ticking as we are leaving for my in-laws at around 7.30pm and I have mucho to do before then.

It will take us about 4-5 hours to get there - despite it being only 40 miles from London and we can do that in 2.5 hours. Anyway, we have DVD players in the car for the kids and then they'll fall asleep so it's easier than 5 hours of "are we there yet"

Between now and then I have to:
    • Hoover the whole house
    • Iron
    • Pack
    • Clean my car which is a disgrace :o
    • Have a bath and wash my hair (did plan on a run, but no time now)
    • Book a shopping delivery for next Friday
    • Ring the council to arrange collection of old mattress
    • Email friends in London to arrange to meet
    • Email the letting agent to get the kitchen ceiling in the rental house repaired and repainted
    • Check when my MOT is due, as I know it's looming

Then I'm collecting 4 little girls for tea today :o I would have put them off, but Little DD has an after school club for the next 6 weeks, so I had promised DD1 these 2 friends could come.....

Hopefully, the parents will collect them at 6 and I can get us ready to go when DH arrives back from work. Busy busy!

Have a good weekend everyone :)

    Thanks Hypno and KC :D

Next, hoover, dive in the shower, put shopping away, clean car, collect kids, make tea, iron, pack - arghhhh!!!! (really, I love a challenge :D) but could possibly run the bath while I'm hoovering and make 10 minutes for myself while meditating - of a fashion.

Will catch up after the weekend x

Dinner's on - well fish fingers and HM chips :D - kids have raided the dressing up basket and are playing nicely.

I had a quick soak and unwind with a freebie face pack and hair treatment :money: then hoovered the living room - the rest will still be here next week.

On my way to collect the 4 girls, I called to get my MiL some flowers - they were £15 but look much more and she deserves them. I'm so looking forward to getting away. They live at the coast so hopefully it'll be good weather. I'm going to take my running gear in case I get chance for an early morning run!

Right, better sort out the tea and then do the ironing while they're dancing on the Wii.....
