a few years ago we had a lad in our street who had a trials bike type thing. He would spend hours on his drive tinkering then ride it exceptionally fast up and down our residential cul de sac causing many heart in mouth moments and near misses. 6 months later he died on it, on a local dual carriageway.
Personally, Id have a word with your local community bobby. A word in his shell like may save his life.0 -

That's pretty much the reason why I object so strongly to Section 59.
That said, in the case of the driver in the OP, it sounds like it would be well deserved.0
