I AM HORRIFIED TO READ THE COMMENTS ABOUT MEMORYBITS AND ZOOMBITS AND FEEL FOR ANYBODY WHO HAS PLACED AN ORDER AND HAS NOT RECEIVED IT. I SOLD THE COMPANIES 6 MONTHS AGO TO BRIAN WELSH AND IT SEEMS THINGS HAVE GONE DOWN HILL AND HE HAS PUT THE COMPANY INTO LIQUIDATION. I ONLY FOUND THIS OUT ON FRIDAY AFTER A FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT COMMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE ON THE INTERNET. I WOULD LIKE TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT THAT JONATHAN RUFF OR HENRIETTA RUFF SOLD THE MENTIONED COMPANIES ON THE 1ST FEB 2010 AND SINCE THIS DATE HAVE HAD NO PART IN THE COMPANY OR HOLD ANY SHAREHOLDING. WE HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO GET YOUR PRODUCTS OR MONEY BACK BUT THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO SPEAK WITH THE LIQUIDATOR
      KIND REGARDS
      JONATHAN RUFF
I also spoke to a memorybits supplier today and can confirm Brian Walsh as the man that has sent corebits to it's death. There are rumours that new people have taken over....but taken over the unfilled orders, able to repay those of us that have lost money... who knows.
Mr Welsh will be long gone I'm sure. I for one would like to hunt him down. See if his millionaire lifestyle is continuing on our money.

new memory company, just setting up, Jersey based & similar terms to memorybits

  • Corebits also owned https://www.R4i.co.uk which was selling all DS/DSi backup carts(these are mostly made in China)....and making big money.
If the above is true, Mr Ruff may well of sold up at the exact right time....as R4i.co.uk was shut down a few months later by nintendo, end of July.
Since then I have been told the whole business has been crashing fast. Some suppliers pulled all credit facilities from them.
Others, that didn't are now left being owed big ££.
  • Keep well clear of dealtastic as it's owned by Jonathon Ruff. It started up just a few days before the memorybits swindle. expect him to do it again and again.

Begbies Traynor report that MemoryBits is not yet in liquidation, negotiations regarding sale of the business are underway. "If sold it is anticipated orders will be fullfilled". A creditors meeting is planned for the 29th October.
