I made an order on 21/10/2010 having previously used this company but being unaware of their problems. I received this email soon after:

I have yet to receive an email telling me my item has been dispatched and have not been given an order number so I cant use their "track Item" feature as it asks for an order number.

I've used them many times in the past without any problem although I have a bad feeling about this particular transaction.
I'll post back if i hear anything but they have yet to respond to my emails and live chat keeps me in a queue for hour after hour after hour....

I was refunded by paypal a few days ago.... I had a gift code for the value of my order from memorybits, so placed an order using that, no cost to myself , this morning part of my original order has turned up!

my post from Oct 23rd. I had 3 Gift Voucher / Credit Codes
used the smallest one just to see what happens.
(curiosity killed the cat) Ill post again if I receive any more info.

Today.
I received the goods this morning.
Will now try other Gift Voucher / Credit Codes

Im happy to say,
I have just received three emails from pay-pal
each saying they have returned my money from the three orders
I placed with memorybits at end of September.
I hope everyone else receives a positive outcome to their claims.

just called my cc card compnay as the 30 days has now passed...they are refunding my money by tomorrow

I just got two from auto responses from memorybits - to messages I sent them a month ago! "Please feel free to use our live chat facility at any time". Really!? The mind boggles at the ineptitude.
