How odd, I literally just got the credit note email after I saw your post! I must say at least now it seems their finally doing something, though I'm not sure what I'm going to get for the money as the item I got was in the sale. Maybe these people have used a bit of sense afterall and could see how angry people were, because my last email basically told me to go whistle for the money/goods. Guess they didn't like the uproar.

At least they have offered something. Not what I had ordered but its an offering of something, which I what I wanted in the first place.

This offer of a Gift Voucher / Credit Code does not prevent you from being able to reclaim your monies from the bank/credit card company or from the liquidator.

Now, I have to ask myself whether the use of the gift voucher would prevent you from being able to reclaim your monies.

After all, it is a completely different company with no link we are constantly being told.
    ;)

Maybe try it again? It worked for me, I just tried it, though I don't think you can get 25% off AND use the credit note too as there doesn't seem to be any way to use the two codes together.

    you are right ,
when you enter the code the total is covered by adverts
when I press update basket you can just make out the total before it vanishes

The Gift Voucher / Credit Code does work on its own.
just put very small order in to see what happens.

You could be chucking away any refund you are entitled to by using it.
