How odd, I literally just got the credit note email after I saw your post! I must say at least now it seems their finally doing something, though I'm not sure what I'm going to get for the money as the item I got was in the sale. Maybe these people have used a bit of sense afterall and could see how angry people were, because my last email basically told me to go whistle for the money/goods. Guess they didn't like the uproar.
At least they have offered something. Not what I had ordered but its an offering of something, which I what I wanted in the first place.0 -
I made two orders, one for £4.14 and another for £15.18, they have sent me a credit note thing for the less amount, i will let you know if they send me another for the higher amount...altho even if they do,i still wouldnt use the credits til i get the money back off my credit card0

Now, I have to ask myself whether the use of the gift voucher would prevent you from being able to reclaim your monies.
After all, it is a completely different company with no link we are constantly being told.

I just tried the 25% off code ,
Guess what it doesn't work.
Haven't tried the Gift Voucher yet0 -

Haven't tried the Gift Voucher yet
Maybe try it again? It worked for me, I just tried it, though I don't think you can get 25% off AND use the credit note too as there doesn't seem to be any way to use the two codes together.0 -
you are right ,
when you enter the code the total is covered by adverts
when I press update basket you can just make out the total before it vanishes0 -
The Gift Voucher / Credit Code does work on its own.
just put very small order in to see what happens.0 -
