  • My email from paypal said the same. Still got full refund.
    I don't even remember a box about partial paypack.

    Used my memorybits rebate voucher. Had to confirm address, but order now gone through. will see what happens. but if all goes well, Free Xmas presents in the post. sweet.....

    hoping they cant take the refund back if I use my credit?
    Cant get what I originally ordered, as its all out of stock, and everything else that I wanted, but fancy another usb/tv thingy... alright for nowt.
  • I got a refund off Paypal but haven't had any contact from Memorybits AT ALL! Not even the email most others have got. I can't get onto my account at all either. In all honesty, you people here on MSE have been more help than the company I was supposed to be dealing with-at least you lot will answer me and try and point me in the right direction. Memorybits have just ignored me in the hope that I will go away!

  • I got my refund today from paypal,and have just used the Complimentary Gift Voucher / Credit Code.My claim was for less than £10.00 so will just wait and see if anything turns up !!

    i just got off the phone with nicole from memorybits and she has given me an assurance that my original order will be fulfilled and i received an email confirming the new order so it might be worth trying to sort things out with them..
    i hope i am not being naive because the poor girl sounded a bit battered after being bombarded with complaints so i wanted to give her and memorybits a chance to sort things out.
    ( i was a bit irate at first):mad:

    i promise to post back about if the stuff arrives or not


    then you are a lucky men, but I wonder, ¿what is the difference between you and me? cause in their "live chat" they told me they could not assume my orders because they are new owners and they were not legally obliged to comply with them

    they also have not sent me any discount coupons. My orders exceeding 100 pounds, why I am worth less than customers who have spent little amount ofmoney ? no sense


    they do not deal everyone equally and are managing this whole mess in a chaotic way

    My order placed was over £400!!! Have I been contacted by the company??? Have I hell!!!
    I'm just glad paypal refunded me, if they want to contact me I'll listen, won't place another order or waste my time chasing them.

    just had my order change status online account - Order Status: Order Processed....

    allready have my refund, they have not contacted me about my order, I guess because it was refunded it changed... I shouldn't think they would be now sending me all my items without me paying...

    That means they are treating the refund as settlement even though they say it has nothing to do with them.

    exactly... how would they even know wether my payment was refunded or not if by another company... definitly dodgy!

    not even a voucher either though, guess if you place a £400 order your worth nothing to them... nice
