I would try to hold on a little longer to see if your items get delivered. The site seemed extremely busy due to the 60% sale, so they probably have a massive backlog of orders and emails to go through.

My own order says the following:

I put my tracking number in, it says

I'm sorry but your order is still processing through our system. It should be dispatched within the next 24 hours (xxxxxxxA)

Good News, Your order was dispatched on 30/09/2010 (xxxxxxxB)

I can get into my account but some things that I ordered have not been listed but they've taken the money out of my account and states Order Status: Awaiting Verification

I looked on my PayPal account for Memorybits Business contact number.

When I phoned this number a recorded message says (This number is unattainable)
I have now opened 3 transaction disputes with Memorybits on PayPal resolution centre.
If the goods do turn up Ill cancel the disputes.
Got to start somewhere.

Im glad that some of you are getting your orders... but they could at least update the site.. to let everyone know whats going on.

when you go to check out, it says "check out is offline"

Ive had no trouble with them before, its just a bit odd that there contact number is off.

Part of my order has arrived, the other part still processing.

If the 2nd part doesn't arrive, could anybody advise on what to do? I paid by credit card. Total order was about £25.
