    Just found out that this is because its a Jersey based company with no trading history & also run the website lovememory.co.uk

    I've bought from zoombits before - no problems

    Most of the best bits have indeed gone, but with some perseverence I managed to grab a few great bargains and x-mas prezzies. Key ring spy cameras, memory cards and the solar robot. 30 squid well spent

    I placed 3 orders with memorybits, paid with paypal
    all went through OK but later I had a email asking for verification
    and to contact them.
    No one answers the phone.
    no one returns emails.
    Hope I'm wrong but expecting the worse
  • I'm in the same situation.

    No replies to emails.
    No live chat.
    Only phone number I found was - 01534713100 and that doesn't work.
    Now can't even get into my Memorybits account page !!!!

    What's happening ?!
