    Keep trying to get your money back through other methods and stay clear of this company. One thing I'd like to say as a Channel Islander from Guernsey is that 99.99% of companies run from here are not as dodgy as this one.

  • Have any of you stopped to think about the staff you are abusing on here. They are just doing thier jobs. The company went into liquidation, it is not thier fault of this, the new owners seem to be willing to help I have also been on live chat regarding my order and taking into account the situation, they are all trying thier best to resolve as many of the problems as possible... The company from which we purchased from has been liquidated - !!!! happens!!!

    When the staff fob you off with automated responses, or blatant lies, they deserve any abuse they receive.

    Although, I fail to see any actual abuse from the web chats posted on this thread.

    Also funny how this is your first post.

    If you work for memorybits perhaps your time would be better spent sending out all of the emails you have promised.

    It looks as though there is an increasing number of Jersey based internet businesses of questionable integrity and ROK maybe just the latest addition. Given that Jersey police are not prepared to investigate possible fraud of UK mainland customers without a referral from UK police and the UK police are not prepared to refer to Jersey, it looks as though the island has become a paradise for internet fraudsters.
    Beware of any Channel Island internet business unless it's known to be trustworthy and even then consider that memorybits apparently once were.
  • So has anyone got anything out of Rok, has anyones original order being process by them once Rok took over ?

    Just got email saying were not going to fill your order.

    Just asked if the could fullfill part of the order if they no longer had all the bits. After their normal blurb, see all live chat text.
    "NO" was the short answer.

    Basicaly bog off, and tuff luck. Try and claim money back if you think your hard enough. :p

    They kinda contradict themselves.. as they end it by saying actually we're gonne do F all, contact Paypal/credit card. Theyre not taking any responsibility over the previous orders!

    As for offering me 25% off hahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahaha is all I can say! Good luck with your "successful" business.
