There's nothing wrong with a good rant every now and then, helps straighten out the thoughts I find! £150 pound hole in your finances each month doesn't sound like much fun, but you'll work it in, and think of how rich you'll feel come February when it stops :D

Can't be much help on the bramble front I'm afraid, though the best way I found of removing my ivy was to take it out of the ground roots and all!

By the way, your location, 'The land of roundabouts' not Swindon is it!?
    Mortgage Start (08/10) : £96,685
    Mortgage Currently : £94,193
    Daily Interest : At start £10.46 : Now £10.19
    MFD : 08/35

    Emergency Fund £465.05/£3000, 2011 target : £1500

No, we have many more, some of which have some very unlovely names that the council has tried to change several times, without luck:D

    Next guess?

For the last couple of weeks rule no 5 has been running roughshod over my life, if I could fix it I would but it's not in my power:eek:, I realised I haven't really felt like me, I hate just coasting and seeing people I love hurting so I've been ranting into cyberspace, and been getting short with DFW newbies, so failing rule no 1, the golden rule!! So I need a refresher course on my own rules!!!!

The above is supposed to be an apology, it not much of one, I admit, but its the best I can do for the moment.

Apology accepted (seeing as how you didn't upset me to start with :rotfl:). When all else fails, remember rule #4 :D.

OK, as for where you are - do you have interesting artwork as well ;)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Must be Milton Keynes then? Though frankly I think the magic roundabout in Swindon will always win a roundabout competition!

  • Aye Milton Keyes. I was drinking with a work collegue who is wanting to move down from Manchester and he was planning on buying there. However, after checking the place out has decided it's a no go - he can't stand the number of roundabouts aparently.

You get used to them after a while, it does mean that there is no way you can get lost...

queue large numbers, well some anyway, of people telling me how they have!

Yeah, my youngest is normally awake at around 5:30/6am, which means everyone else is as well!!!

We'll be having brekkie at that point, so you will get to see my fluffy slippers. Its the third roundabout on the left, I'm in the cream house, looks slightly tumbledown... with some brambles in front:D
