16 AFD here, please Shaggy!0 -
I've been AWOL and have no more AF days to report:o. Had people staying and so instead of jumping straight back on the wagon on Monday as usual have carried on with wine drinking. Nothing major, no hangovers but must stop! Firmly hope to be back on track tomorrow and meet my target of 10....after that it's bonus days:) I know it's not a brilliant target, but for someone who used to drink every day.....0

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
