Thank you! It just seems to be one thing after another with me. Once our debt has gone, I'm booking a holiday somewhere hot and a long way away. The thought of being in a bikini should be enough to keep me on the straight and narrow spending, drinking and eating-wise :D

My husband is still in bits about everything, so I am more determined than ever to do this and kick the habits !!!! Im in no doubt it will be difficult, but hurdle one has been jumped. I CAN DO THIS!

Wow, some thought provoking stuff going on here at the moment. Its really weird but my bells ring when I`m feeling under the weather. I read on here how a lot of you when you dont feel well dont want to drink alcohol but for me its the other way round. When I`m feeling well I want to stay that way, you know, clear headed, full of energy and totally in control but as soon as I feel unwell then I crave a drink to dose myself up and feel better.
I havnt drank alcohol since before Christmas but I`ve come close to it so many many times, the thought of not drinking ever again scares the hell out of me so rather than saying to myself 'I`ve given up' I say to myself 'for the moment I`m choosing not to '.

No change for me. Went out sunday, and again last night as it was my birthday yesterday, but I didn't go mad on the beers, and no hangover today or yesterday. Will be out again tonight at my weekly bingo outing but will only have a couple. I'll climb back on tomorrow, and still hope to exceed my target this month.

Another great AF night last night. Please put me down as 2/6. I've got a friend coming for dinner, with a bottle of wine, so I'll have to be sociable. Two glasses as opposed to 4, then another bic & coke after he's gone, will be a nice change.

Just a quick hello this eve, at mums and doing some bits and pieces for her this eve. Planning to go to bed early this eve. As im off on hols this week going to fat class at 10am instead of usual 6pm so i need to stop eating now!! I would love to lost 2 lb this week to bring my total to 2 stone but dont know if i will make it this week. I didnt manage to go to Zumba this week so this may impact on my weigh in tomorrow. If my next post is full of :j:jthen you know that i will have done it...fingers crossed
