Hi all. Quick one I'm afraid.

Hope you feel better soon Miss P. Still, helps you to keep AF:D

Managed an AF day yesterday (Sunday) so that 6/8 for Dec for me please Shaggy.

Going for no. 7 tonight as my night out has been cancelled due to the weather. I might still be able to hit my target for Dec but not assuming anything yet....

    Have a good evening.

  • 7 AFDs for me please.

I was a bit naughty last night, I only had a glass and a half left from Saturday's bottle so I opened another (I was enjoying some nice blue cheese and wanted something suitable to wash it down). At least I still have most of it left. :o Screw tops are the way to go.

Good to see a few extra AF days being added - something to said for colds and snow:)

I've been AF tonight, very pleased as I really thought I was going to find it hard after weekend's festivities. I should manage a couple more this week too. I'm supposed to be out on Wednesday but it's anyone's guess at the moment. I won't join the challenge as such Pen thank you, but I will be exceeding my target if only by one or two days.

    9AF please Shaggy

    Morning all.

Well I clocked up AF day number 7/8 for Dec - despite sitting there with a cup of tea catching up on The Apprentice Final! The great thing was that I didn't even think "how ironic" or "maybe not the best program to be watching on day trying to be AF" until right before the end!:rotfl: Good sign???

Anyway, if I can just do Thursday AF, I'll hit that target! I just hope I don't go too mad once that's hit though:o

Have a good day everyone (if you can get out of the house:D).

Morning MarkMan, you're up early. Didn't want to read and run at this time of morning without saying a well done on the Apprentice final - that's a great sign!!

Good luck with being AF on Thursday and after that too of course.

    Morning :santa2:

I've added 3 more AFDs since I last posted on Friday :j Saturday I was somewhere with virtually unlimited amounts of drink and I had 5 units (1 baileys, 1 glass of champagne and 1 glass of white wine).

So Saturday night was the last time I had a drink and that was the only night in the last 5.

I'm aiming to be AF until Christmas Eve and then I haven't decided, but I might go AF Friday too.

I'm off to update the chart. I'm hoping that you are all ok.

Thank you all so much for being here :D

One more AFD and I get one of these :rudolf:

Lots more AFness around. Well done!

Thanks WBF - I might treat myself to a Prism or Urbon on Xmas Eve:rotfl::rotfl: Up early to beat the shoppers at the supermarket - shame there was no-one on ANY till though:mad:

Thanks Shaggy - the thought of getting that little smiley santa has really helped and I want that jumping smiley on Xmas eve morning!:D

Also just clocked up another 10.5 miles at the gym, done all the Xmas food shopping and am on holiday! So feeling pretty darn good - and this forum has played no small part in this (compare this post to my first 5 weeks ago!)

Thank you everyone and for those struggling and feeling really down, like I was a few weeks ago, you can do it - GOOD LUCK!!:A:A

My resolution for 2011 will be to keep coming back, and when I get down again and and feel everything is getting out of control (and I will - I'm under no illusions:(), I'll read back, and post and hopefully get the inspiration and support to pick myself up.:p
