After a few days of drinking I managed to refrain from it last night. I'm hoping not to drink all week but will see how it goes
Pen- Can I please put 4 days for the challenge - Think it will give me that extra incentive x

Think I'll be racking up a few more AF days in the next week or so. I've come down with the flu . Yesterday I was out of it for most of the day, high temperature, shivers etc. Today feeling only slightly better.:(. Ears completely blocked, aching, streaming nose. Not a happy bunny.

Got so much to do this week, I could really do without this.:( Still, Piglets birthday tomorrow so that should perk me up a bit

I've still not managed to get there, but Mrs BHB has just managed 28 AF days in a row. She has lost 3/4 stone and is looking great

Sorry to hear about your 'flu MissP, do take care. You don't want to be ill over Christmas. Good way of staying AF though when you don't even feel like it:)

Maman - yes, its good news on the AF front. Just the thought of wine is making me feel very _pale_

Forced myself into shower and washed hair. Feeling bit brighter but very knackered. And OH said he won't be finishing till late tonight Piglet being a very good boy though.
