Evening all
Sorely tempted tonight but resisting so far. Bit of a day.
OH's daughter has been dumped by her boyfriend and its the end of the world (again). OH been on phone to her for 20 minutes, on the phone to his ex for 20 mins (she has taken my stepdaughter to my out-laws and confiscated her phone!) and I'm still waiting for my dinner.....:(
Oh, and a man I work with has been arrested for double murder!!!!!:eek:He's accused of hacking his ex partner and her son to death this monday.:eek::eek: He's worked at our place for just over a month and seemed really nice. Just goes to show you don't know people.
Anyway.....if I resist a glass of wine tonight I'll be chuffed!

Forgot to say, on a good note, Dad LOVED the cake piglet made him
. And the voice message of Piglet singing him happy birthday that I sent to his phone is now his ring tone!!! (this is the dad that, whilst is the best Dad in the world, hates anything too touchy feely. My Mum thinks its hysterical!!:rotfl:)

Its gonna be 7 AF DAYS FOR ME PLEASE.
Earlier I was thinking I could really do with a drink, then dear hubby reached for a beer and at first I thought you are really lucky then I thought no I`m really lucky for not having a drink if you know what I mean, I`m trying to turn things around and think I`m the luckier one managing to keep off the alcohol.0 -
AF for me tonight please Shaggy. This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

:eek::eek: What a day you've had MissP, I looked just like that smilie when I read your post. I really couldn't blame you having a drink tonight. :)to your Dad and his new ringtone. That's cute.
I've managed another AF night, I've been to yet another 'nibbly' thing. As of tomorrow (weather permitting) I'll have done 5 in 9 days. Avoiding the nibbles is hard enough (still sticking with SW) but tonight I stuck to diet lemonade as well. I don't really like the stuuf but it was that or wine or juice or full-fat coke.
Well done everyone else who's clocking up an AF night. Sorry to hear you're feeling poorly sparkles.
Bearcus, if you find that not buying any is the best way to stay AF then that's fine. Unless you want to give up completely, just plan the nights you want to drink and buy it then. If you live near enough to a shop buy it as late as possible.
7AF for December please Shaggy and
3AF for the challenge Pen.0 -
AF for me tonight. (6 so far, I believe)
Had a couple of large ones last night but I did a deal with myself that the payback for that was that I'd stay dry this evening.

hey everyone,
Decided to have a drink last night so no more AF to report but on a good note I stopped after 3 (single measured) vodka cranberries so no real damage done
Well done to all who stayed AF and good luck to everyone for today x
