  • Thanks healthylifestyle, am trying to rack up those AF days before the christmas festivities really start :D Thinking maybe my target was a bit ambitious but am definately going to go for it.

Re: being good. I wouldn't look at is as being good or bad, otherwise you'll be feeling bad for no reason. If you are aiming for cutting down rather than giving up then theres no reason to feel bad. Just aim for moderation :).

  • That was pretty much what I came to say. Made my target in November and haven't been AF since :( I've just lost the motivation somehow. I have been here so many times before, but it still scares me how confident I can be that I'm on the right track to AFness and then instantly back to regular heavy drinking.

Me too, think cos I know I will not be AF much over Christmas there is no point bothering yet :o ridiculous logic I know!!
  • Hi everyone!

No more AFDs to report, sadly.

My mind just isn't in the zone at the moment.

Will see how this week goes, but to be honest it isn't looking AF til Sunday.

Bloody Xmas, LOL. Just an excuse of course but if anyone needs an excuse it's an alcoholic!! :o

Hope you all have a lovely evening.

I will do my usual of drinking booze far too early (I am having a large vodka and tonic now) and then by 8pm I am drunk and wanting my bed and that's the end to my day. Terrible waste of my life and my time but that's how it is at the moment. Sad sad sad.

Hugs and hope you are all well,

    Caz

I managed my two days last week but since then haven't been.

So unfortunatley I'm in the same camp as CazzaMazza and can't find the zone again. Part of me doesn't even want to try. Finding life stressful with ED too, so my days are intermittent with alcohol and bulimia. I'm a nightmare.

Just caught a news clip about male eating disorders and the end said anyone with one should consult their GP.

Is someone trying to tell me something??

Why can't I get a grip, my two addictions aren't making me happy at all, yet i need them.

Well done to those who have continued to have AF days and inspire me. Hoping to get back on track just not sure when or how.
