    AF for me please shaggy, and my first of the december challenge, at last! thank you Pen, seeing my name in big print on the screen made me think "oh its there so i'm going to have to do this now". That really helped.

    Pen, I am very happy with my Tea Pigs tonight so 1 for the 4 day challenge please.......I can't tell you how exciting it is seeing a smiley next to my name, I feel a bit like a 5 year old with a star chart:j

    But i dont want to replace alcohol cravings with eating sweet stuff all the time, that's not exactly healthy either. I don't seem to have a balance option in my brain. Or as i say when one of my kids isn't behaving "This one's not working properly".

  • Hi CuppaTea, I thought you'd declared AF for today earlier - its santa smilies this week.
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

  • On AF days the biscuit tin gets emptied very quickly here :D If I can keep it up for over 3 or 4 days I do see inch loss weight wise. (I'm too scared to actually get on the scales :eek:)
    This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.

    The alcohol cravings will ease over time.
    I still get them after five years sobriety which is why I am still recovering.:(
