Yes, don't worry. You can also uninstall them via the Control Panel > Uninstall/Add/Remove Programs

Have uninstalled all of those you asked on the second list plus Nitto and King as well
Did it via control panel as easier to see i was removing them

When i removed the ones on the second list i didnt reboot , is this gonna make a difference ?
