Sorry im a bit confused , do i have to run ccleaner again or do i access the first file from ccleaner and disable the items that way

I cant seem to do it from the text file i saved

Everytime i open ccleaner i just get the second list so i get how to remove the second list items

But i have no idea how to get the 1st list up sorry !

First is CCleaner > Tools > Startup So you complete that task first. When complete...
Second is CCleaner > Tools > Uninstall you begin this task. Click on the entry and choose Uninstall. Though you can run this task from Add/Remove Programs too.

Thanks mate sorry never used ccleaner before !
Have kept the one you asked for in the first file but cannot disable the top one " eyebeam SIP client " is that a problem before i start the second list ?

done the second list -

clicked on them one at a time then uninstall but they are still on the list is this right ?
