nah Sarah... Its just a threat. We had intention to make us B papers issued months ago,... hand delivered... I still had to do the deed myself.

If I was to cancel the DD now would I have to organise the bankruptcy straight away? I owe some money to my girlfriend which she lent me for the gas arrears when they would not put it in the IVA and I was thinking I could pay her back and then file on next month's pay? If this is too long my girlfriend wil have to wait for her money (which she is prepared to do)

I canx my DD's 12 months before I was B.... !!!!!

You will have to 'smufggle' the money back to your GF, You are not supposed to pay anyone anything you owe once you know wyou are going to be insolvent.

Just bbe carefule ie : Dont draw out £2k and give it to her.....
