Just bbe carefule ie : Dont draw out £2k and give it to her.....
Oh, no, its only a couple of hundred and she did say that she will accept a bit back each month. I can pay her that back from any surplus I have after the bankruptcy if need be. The surplus is mine to do with as I want yes? The question was, if I was to cancel the IVA now can I leave it until December pay to submit the forms or will thsi be seen as "you're having a luagh"
Oh, by the way, does the court ask for your bank statements for the last couple of months?
If you are sure its what you want, Canx the IVA ASAP....
You can spend what money you have left on what you want.
The court wont want bank statements, The OR might.0 -

another dumb BR question
Ive filled in another bit on the online BR forms (was doing the hard copies sent from court but already made several mistakes so Online seems easier!) but ....
Just noticed at the bottom said I registered 31 october will the OR see that bit? only it will it look a bit strange that I registered Oct but didnt do BR till about jan/feb time? and how long do they stay online?

The forms stay "live" for six months online.
I don't think the OR will think about the date on the original registration .0 -

Should have asked how much, I could have told you the going rate to charge then,.....coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0 -

But if I was to cancel the IVA now, wouldn't the IP be on my back over the next month to get the bankruptcy sorted out? i have to inform them so surely the creditors would be informed?0

Thats what I would do. Im not feared of any IP.. They dont have a hold over you. Everyone is different though. What on earth is the point in you paying more into a failing IVA - None.0 -
I will stop the IVA straight away but I needed to know how long it could be before I file.0
