My Mother is nearly 74. All I have to hope for is that she doesn't pop her clogs whilst I am undischarged - otherwise the OR will be claiming all her cash and the house that I live in!!
Aww poor mum !0 -

Well... If you have gambled a lot, they may give you an extended discharge, That means that you will be bankrupt a while longer,... Doesnt mean anything, just that you cant get credit over 500, be a director etc... They may not mind.
Then if you have exess income they will ask for a % of that, paid for 3 years.
No, it wasnt a great deal, only a few hundred over a period of time.
They set out the amount to pay back at the start do they not? And does this change over the period of the three years?
Anyway, collected the papers at lunchtime. got to return them and they said I would probably see the judge that week. They did, however, say that if I left the IVA payments the creditors would make me bankrupt thus saving the fee? There has got to be a catch there surely?0 -

The birthday holiday thing is simply a 'lets see if we can' as said its only draft and the insoolvency service sent me those things that we could claim ffor... We both went B remember, so there are 2 of us in the budget...
Im not sure if J has ever looked at the yearly thing... I think its juts that its a lot £95 all at once...
I was allowed £20 per month for "incidentals" which would be £40 for two.
The prescription thing is such a lot cheaper, though. Just a thought!0 -

right i emailed experian at 4 oclock this morning and filed a dissociation but still haven't had any sort of reply so me thinks i will just give them a ring, i have made a start on the br online forms and am 15% complete lol, I had a letter this morning saying that because i had agreed to make pro rata payments and i had not sent them on time this month that the deal has been terminated and that if no payment is recieved within 48 hours it is being passed on the debt collection agency - my br date is the 30th
Do you think they will be knocking on my door before that?
Sarahcoupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0 -
