i told the OH it looks though he might lose the car - he is not a happy bunny going through parkers it says it is worth around 4k although, the original car we brought which went on my cc cost 4500 we had since changed this as we now have 4 kids hence a bigger car - the other half took out the remainder of his isa and used it to upgrade so to speak for this car and I think if he lost it now I may well lose him too.
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D

Talking of street corners,... Rght my job involves me driving around very dodgy areas (really !).. I was doing a report in a street last night, Guess what... Only a tap art the window asking if I was looking for business !!!

Should have asked how much, I could have told you the going rate to charge then,.....

You will have to 'smufggle' the money back to your GF, You are not supposed to pay anyone anything you owe once you know wyou are going to be insolvent.

Just bbe carefule ie : Dont draw out £2k and give it to her.....

Oh, no, its only a couple of hundred and she did say that she will accept a bit back each month. I can pay her that back from any surplus I have after the bankruptcy if need be. The surplus is mine to do with as I want yes? The question was, if I was to cancel the IVA now can I leave it until December pay to submit the forms or will thsi be seen as "you're having a luagh"

Oh, by the way, does the court ask for your bank statements for the last couple of months?
