They will ask for them from the IP you were dealing with, they will only want the address.0 -

Well... If you have gambled a lot, they may give you an extended discharge, That means that you will be bankrupt a while longer,... Doesnt mean anything, just that you cant get credit over 500, be a director etc... They may not mind.
Then if you have exess income they will ask for a % of that, paid for 3 years.
thats about it... You then get on with your life debt free.0 -

Hey Scoot - I can see that this whole process is worrying you, so please can I offer you some advice?
Go and make yourself a cup of coffee and sit down with a pen and paper, then write down ALL of the things that worry you.
Don't worry if it is a long list, or if you have already asked the question.
Once you have made your list, post it on here then we'll be able to advise you a bit better as some questions will impact on others.
In the meantime - don't worry. Neither the judge, nor the OR, has any interest in trying to make you feel like a criminal or putting you down in any way. Bankruptcy is a way of dealing with a situation that would otherwise be considered hopeless. At ALL stages in the process the overriding interest of those people who are dealing with you is to sort out the situation.
You are one of a growing number of people who find themselves in this situation and bankruptcy will give you a genuine chance of putting the past behind you.
Once it is over, you will wonder what the hell you were worrying about.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
