Dont pay them if you are SURE you want to go Bankrupt... Even the professionals will tell you that. Put them to one side, or even call them and say tyou are going to file for bankruptcy....
Do not worry......0 -
I assume that the judge will inform my place of employment so if there is a clause I could be packing my bags?0

As Mike says - if you have definitely decided on br, then there is NO point in paying now - it could even be viewed by the OR as making favourable payments to one creditor.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

No... Take it in.. The judge does not do anything except make you bankrupt.
The OR is the one who deals with you, they are normal working people. They do not inform your employer unless you have an income payments order, you fail to pay it a couple of times and dont co-operate.. now what is the chance of that.0 -
I just wish we could do it right now! which we could if we didnt have this stupid stupid stupid stupid Holiday!

I went away a couple of weeks before bankruptcy.. Ill be quite honest, its all I could think of. But I had a great time, knowing what lied ahead was a stress debt free life for us both. Go on holiday, relax, spend your well earned money on yourselves. come home do the deed and its all over.
Please dont try to get in a mess about it all...0 -
I know I really wanna enjoy this holiday (we ve never ever had one !!) but this was extravagant! and I paid for quite a bit of it with stuff I had sold on ebay and the other £2500!!! (gulp don't look) he put on CC just didnt even seem to register when we were in the debt we were in already. but now it just seems like the most stupid thing on earth to be doing. (we going with about 20 other people so it would muck everything up now to pull out and the money is paid so we wont get it back!!
