Take it in? what, you mean the contract?

No mate... That the judge isnt there to question you dramatically. Its not that bad an experience.

Dont worry about the contract, there are only certain occupations that you cant do as a bankrupt like director, some type of accountants etc etc...

I know I really wanna enjoy this holiday (we ve never ever had one !!) but this was extravagant! and I paid for quite a bit of it with stuff I had sold on ebay and the other £2500!!! (gulp don't look) he put on CC just didnt even seem to register when we were in the debt we were in already. but now it just seems like the most stupid thing on earth to be doing. (we going with about 20 other people so it would muck everything up now to pull out and the money is paid so we wont get it back!!

Is there NO way you can get out of this?? i dont know, but i would have thought this will not go down very well with the OR. They do recognise the need for holidays, but not such expensive ones...

The OR is the one who deals with you, they are normal working people. They do not inform your employer unless you have an income payments order, you fail to pay it a couple of times and dont co-operate.. now what is the chance of that.

And what does the OR say to you?

The OR questions everything. They will want to know all. They wot judge you and ask why you bought things etc etc.. they just want to get the facts as to why you are bankrupt. They too are fine with you. its not criminal.

Here is a good site that has a lot of questions that you may like answering... Also some viseos on the other one.

Thanks Mike St Helens. So its the OR who will ask about gambling debts, the reasons why you went bankrupt (overspending due to bullying) and why the IVA hasnt worked?

Yeah... But dont be frightened of them. Simply tell everything and you cant get tripped up further down the line.

Will they want to see the IVA proposals in order to ask why they didnt work?
