And by the way this is not "scamming". Tesco are breaking the law and you are simply being given what Tesco has promised its customers who catch it breaking the law. A scam implies that YOU are doing something wrong, when actually it is Tesco that are scamming us!

As I know in advance that the goods will go through the checkout at an incorrect price and I am only buying them because they are free, in my mind it is scamming. Therefore I call it what I consider it to be. Perhaps I am just more honest about what I do.

I don't consider Tesco to be scamming me, because the mistakes are not deliberate, my actions are and are premeditated.

You are entitled to your view and opinion, and so am I.

Matter closed.

Just got:

Aeon Flux Sticker £5.97 till £7.97
Stealth Sticker £5.97 till £19.99
Minority Report/I, Robot double DVD Stickered £9.97 till £22.95

Went to Electrical CS Desk in Osterley.

SA said I'll refund the difference, I said No your policy states...

SA goes to find Manager comes back with a Supervisor, she tells me refund is a Goodwill gesture and they don't have to do it.

I point to Big sign on the wall and say 'your policy states...'

Supervisor tells me I am abusing the system and goes to find Manager.

She comes back and tells me on this occasion she will refund the full amount but next time only the difference.

I tell her to tell Head Office that she does not agree with R+R and ask her what she is accusing me off...

She says she not accusing me of anything.

Left me feeling very annoyed today!!!

Boohoohoo, just been round all the Tesco's I know and got zilch. Desperately wanted the DS games as then I might actually have a present to give the kids for christmas but looked at other things too, like the boards games, and everything was the right price Damn my efficient Tescos... Now I just feel bad for wasting my petrol.

Thinking about 9 to stay below the psychological double figure.
As you seem to have been at this game for a while how many would you go for ?

What type of goods do you R&R that you can sell on ?
Anything apart from the obvious ?

I have been in for R&R the last two nights, and have been served at CS by different people i was planning on going back this evening and attempting to hunt down some beer - i just wondered do people think im pushing my luck and also would tesco have any grounds to ban me from the store?
