No they are refunding your money on the item and then replacing it instead of keeping it.

All the posts on here I've read have all said retain, as we retain the product when they refund it even the first post by redfox says it stands for Refund & Retain therefore thats what I took it to mean.

Cant see the point of refering newbies back to the original post if you are now saying its wrong!

Ok I must be wrong then if all the posts you've read refer to refund and retain it must be that. I know let's ask someone who might have a better idea than both of us, who could we ask do you think?

hi they should scan at 7.49 but in my stores they had all the old sel's up at 6.99, 2 R & R's no problems. x
