The official CS training manual has the word 'refund' but not another 'r' word - it just says 'the customer keeps the product'.

Personally - and I hesitate 'cause Ben is the man - I always thought it was Refund and Retain - perhaps it's been posted so often on MSE that it's become the 'truth'?

Someone did publish a link once to tesco.com that had the latest Price Promise wording - can't find it though.......

The probhlem with BOGOF on the Disney DVD's must have been a localised thing (even repaired there now) sorry about that (I thought it might be a national pricing error).
