  • Can anyone one confirm the L6's are scanning now @ £53.99 nationwide. Just want to reiterate my complaint after being refused a couple of refunds for £69.99

Got SA to scan the fusion razors for me, scanned @ £7. ??.

what price have people had RR on these please.

can't go for R&R as no posters to guide against ( which means mr T is getting away with overcharging YET AGAIN).

How are they overcharging if the lower price is not still displayed? The overcharge comes from ofd's still being out from an expired offer.

Next time, spread them out, mixed up with the rest of your shop ie one book, followed by one bag of peanuts, then one joint of beef, loaf of bread, another book, another joint of beef, willow farm chicken legs, batteries, more peanuts, another joint of beef (perhaps sirloin this time?), yet another book.

    Get the idea?

    .
Did just that at the other shop in town and picked up six books then took the first three back for refund! :T

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, have all DS Nintendo's and GOTW offers been pulled now ? Seemed to be one in my local, poster 'n' all ?! Can't remember the game though, I think it may have been Open Season ?

Hi Alison.....Without wanting to appear pedantic against Bookworm63's reply.....RandR is actually Refund and Retain......and if you go back to page 1 Post 1 of this thread, you will find loads of info on this

The page explains the policy, gives explanations of the abbreviations, gives usefull addresses, and other help.

    ......hope this helps.
In order to be a pedant you have to first be correct. Tesco's policy is acutally refund and replace NOT refund and retain as most seem to believe.

    Hi Folks
I have been picking up a few R&Rs over the past few weeks.
Just popped into my local Tesco’s store over lunch and was followed at a not too discrete distance by a security (thug) guy. I couldn’t resist making a comment, even though discretion is the better part of valour. This resulted in me being told that he wasn’t there to have me make sarcastic comments at him, he was there to do a job of work and any further comments by me, would result in him asking me to leave the store.
Then followed lots of walkie-talkie mutterings and PA announcements calling people urgently to the cctv room (guilty conscience?).
So my questions are, what should my course of action be and what is the stores likely to be?
    Ta
Nothing and nothing, you've been into a store and been followed by a member of security, that's what they do, not very well but that is what they are employed to do, to scrutinise shoppers and ensure loss avoidance. If he was to follow you each time you went into the store that would be another matter.
