Great play the racism card, works every time and is one of the reasons the country has problems. Anything said or done against anyone that isnt white always boils down to racism. BOLOX and you wonder why there is soo many problems and the different cultures/races ect dont mix because the racism card is always the reason for anything that goes against them.

The CS person was trying to get out of giving you almost £40 of stuff for free, it happens in most stores and to everyone every so often. No matter what colour your skin is it is down to jobsworth CS assisants and they all try it on. Ive lost out on so many r+r's becasue of pain in the !!! assistants peices of meat loads of stuff, I never considered putting it down to my height Im no bean pole myself, maybe is due to my waist line or hair colour !!!!!! its none of them.

The SEL should indicate what is and what isnt included in the offer if it doesnt say anything is or isnt included then how are we suposed to know what isnt incuded we cant go reading barcodes to check the SEL is for every product on the shelf. You may find that if you return to the store and speak to someone else they would give you the r+r. You should contact Dundee customer services on 0800505555 and tell them you have been charged £x.xx and the shelf said £x.xx they should tell you to go back to the store after contacting them to get a refund.

Good luck with it and you need to stop thinking the world is against you beasue your short or the colour of your skin.

Hopfully this doesnt upset anyone !!!!!! Im putting this becasue I dont want to be called racist it is a huge fear us white people have, we cant upset the "other" people.

Has anyone else managed to get an R&R on these? I sent my OH to work this morning and asked him to pop into his local branch - he chose the same titles and the BOGOF went thru OK. Although he did say the SA looked a little puzzled at one point, pressed a few buttons and then carried on with the transaction. I wonder whether she noticed and somehow applied to discount at that stage. Would she be able to do that?
