    I don't make mistakes either.

The CS went to look for the misprice on the shelf and I stayed at the CS desk - huge mistake - .... it was for three items from the same section..... all out of date SELs. Miraculously, all three SELs had been removed whilst I was at the CS desk.... more to the point I am positive the CS had removed them whilst checking. I returned to the offending section with the CS afterwards, to find all three SELs removed and a CS claiming that no-one could have possibly removed them as no-one was working that section today..... she was inferring I was telling porkies or was mad.

This is the first time this has happened to me..... I cannot believe how blatent the CS was in dealing with the whole situation.....
Take them a used piece back next week and complain it's quality is not what you exepected as your finger went through and ask for a refund.:rotfl:
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.
  • Minimum wage = Tesco pay the well above this and pay more than all other supermarkets

Employee valued = Paid holiday, Free shares, Reduced price shares, Staff discount, Holiday, car rental etc discount,...................

The store i work in = Yes i do indeed tell my FRIENDS which store i work in, i do not publicy braodcast it via a forum in which people continually abuse the Tesco policy
This statement is absolute crap. Aldi pays its staff more than Tesco. Store assistants around here earn £8.50 an hour, paid holiday and paid breaks. Who needs a 10% discount to shop in Tesco. Tesco GAs do not get £8.50 an hour. Tesco employees are not meant use the R&R policy if they are overcharged. Seeing as overcharging happens a LOT, the 10% discount doesn't really add up to much.

You keep commenting on how people are abusing the policy. You have not commented on how Tesco continually break the law, which gives rise to people being able to claim a full refund under Tesco's policy!
In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Boring !!! been done to death

Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons all have misprices- we only discuss Tesco because of their misprice policy.

Please keep to the topic of the thread, which is discussing misprices- not the policy, not the company, not what they pay their staff or how they treat their staff.

pages and pages of nonsense.................MISPRICES !!!!!!! THATS THE TOPIC !, IF YOU SPOT ONE..TELL US ABOUT IT

It's also unfair to name and shame a username, this thread has gone off topic so many times today, so why pick on someone at random?

But first, the most asked question:

Q "Is anything worn under your kilt???"

A "No. Everything is in perfect working order Thank You!!."

well guys, thanks for making me read todays posts for over an hour for no information on R&R whatsoever

i'm now away for a few days...i do hope this thread has managed to survive for when i get back

    well done :T
  • I got an R&R today on some Duracell Batteries and was informed that they could leave the out of date SEL up as long as they wanted because it displays an expiry date!
not great if you suffer from poor eyesight!

Not true, I work for Tesco and if the offer is finished the SEL has to be removed usually first thing Wednesday morning.
If they are not removed and a customer purchases the item they are entitled to a full refund and to keep the product as it is the companies fault not the customers. Its not the customers job to make sure the offer is still in date thats what the staff are for.
"You just can't get the staff these days LOL"

Wow were gonna be turning in to the tesco employee thread with ocasional misprice descusion.
Ive just read about 7 or 8 pages since my last visit earlier today and there was very little misprice descusion.

The only question I have was regarding this post
Senior Team - So i get to deal with many of you and i like the comments written about me too when i refused a refund for one of you which was not the fault of Tesco:beer:

I would like to hear about the overcharges that were not the fault of tesco.
SEL? who puts the sel out? ohh yeah a tesco employee
Out of date SEL? who left it out? ohh yeah a tesco employee
System price? who sets that price? ohh yeah a tesco employee
POS? who creates the POS? ohh yeah a tesco employee
Multibuy not working? again another tesco employee not setting the system to do the discount.

The only misprice I can think of that wasnt the fault of Tesco was the one where someone managed to get a moto L6 with a white SEL that scanned as per SEL at £53.99 the day after Tesco fixed the problem.
I have heard things about the books not being controled by Tesco but they are on tesco shelves so the priceing is down to tesco they are the ones that take the !!!! if trading standards get on to it Tesco can say we dont price them up its not our fault.

The only question I have is why the posters in here continue to feed a troll?

How hard can it be to simply ignore someone? I do it all the time ;)

Or is it some sort of perverse thread deathwish?
