Tesco misprice discussion area part 11

Had a bad experience at Tesco Coventry tried to get a refund on 2 L6's but was refused was told it only applies to the ones with sign next to them, unfortunately the section I was looking at didn't have the 10% signs on them. Walked out with a refund, but left all my details do you think I have any chance of getting anything from HO as surely the store would have a record of what I was charged, my details and should know the fact 10% should come off!!!

That, however, was not the point. It was not about removing the SELS (that would not work for the reasons you described), but the removing of the price from the SEL. As it appears Asda and Morrisons do.

Edit - realised my wording was bad originally - meant the price, not the actual whole label

Ah - I thought you were talking about removing the SEL completely - not just taking the price off.

Yeah, Morrisons put "PRICED" in place of the price on the SEL for meat etc, see no reason why Tesco couldn't

not found one dam thing at my local :mad: a small store i guess and everything is all neat and tidy. willow farm? couldnt find one product with that name on.

edit: meant to say..had to get the 'lets talk about ' tesco 'comic' by the phones to show in it that it was originally priced 69.99 and it is still priced 69.99
felt a bit sorry for the girl giving me r&r, she was saying how tesco have just taken their free newspapers from their canteens :-(

Because Tesco want to mislead you with low price sels so you believe you are getting a good offer until you are overcharged at the till.

Anyway after my phone fiasco today I'm only looking for r&rs under £1.
