What would she have done if I said I didnt have a bank account?

They would have to tell you to goto a store and collect cash.

I pay in cash, I don't have any bank accounts and I don't want any. If I need refunding I want it in the same way I paid.

  • In my experience, those strung out on crack struggle to walk straight...let alone get in to a two way conversation at the CSD

Those 'strung out' on crack could talk circles round a CSA and have them thinking it's saturday on a weds.

All the while having a couple of packs of bacon and a few jars of nescafe up heir sleeves..

You have 28 days to return the item, unopened.

Call first if you want, but wait until tomorrow. Would suggest you want to speak to the electrical or non-food manager initially if you plan to persue the removal of the poster.

Can I just point out that guns don't kill people, rappers do? Thank you very much :D

i didnt say anything when i was in the store, so walked out to the car, then went back in to get a can of pop. Then walked past and saw the sign had gone. As i didnt say anything at the time would it be worth ringing the store? or straight to HO?

ps. thats the sound of the police ooo oo ooo! safe

    Hi people,

DESPERATELY NEED SOME HELP AND ADVICE ON THIS ONE PLEASE!!!!

Just got around to getting in touch with customer services about the £20 off Virgin/Vodafone handsets (over £50 value) when bought with £20 airtime - poster up in store, allegedly should have been taken down on 17th september, i bought a week after that date - (after two weeks out of pocket!).

    (snip)

ANY ADVICE what to do tomorrow when he comes back with a negative on the r&r would be MUCH MUCH appreciated .... sorry for the length of the post, and I hope you are all still with me!

    Cheers,

    Ole1973

Whilst I appreciate you may have a perfectly reasonable reason, it has proabably not helped you much leaving it a couple of weeks..

Edit - Great! That ebay link got quoted, now my screen is screwed for another page!

would it be better to call them first?? and will thye give a refund without any questions? i havent opened it

Call the store in the morning, point out you saw this poster and bought the offer but on checking your reciept the discount hadn't came off.

When they refuse to refund call HO.

May I just asked what the master mcdonag did in this situation?

Messed them about something rotten. Picked up on product then walked to the other end of the store, mulled around the procucts, pretended to calculate on my free mobile, picked up product, went back to electrical, picked up a plasma tv, took it to the other end of the store, took it out of the trolley and put it in the middle of the aisle.

picked up a a couple of each mobile phone with 10% off leaflets, walked to the other end of the store and left my trolley full of stuff in the middle of the aisle.

Went to CS with wombled receipts, left store, stopped at exit and mooned!!!

Turned around and gave them the bird.
