Got followed all over the shop just now. Every time I put something in my trolley someone went and removed the SELs and the scanner wasn't working either.
Never mind, go further afield in the morrow.
It must be something I did?

I bought the 360 wiht the godfather, no discount came off, sign was there. I waited 20 mins for them at cs to bring it out and when i went back to the sign to complain they had taken it down!! What can i do???Trophies are like Buses, you wait 26 years.

HELP! I bought the Motorola L6 no discount, went to CS got phone then complained - first SA said that the offer was Tesco mobile only then said the offer was selected handsets only then said the phone was new and was already an introductory price. I asked for the manager and got a horrible duty manager who said that the 10% was only off introductory handsets and this was an old phone. I left the store phoned head office got told to go back they would phone I should get full refund - went back head office phoned spoke to a different duty manager and the duty manager said that head now are saying that this phone is the right price no refund. Left store again (very annoyed) phoned head office again spoke to a manager and am waiting for a call.
Anyone else had problems? What time does head office close?0 -

If you take the line that the price on the pack is correct, then yes it would stop overcharging. The meat will scan at the price it shows on the pack.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

HO closes at 6, I think.
They were less then helpful when I spoke to them yesterday. Simply told me that pricing (and interpretation of the wording on tickets, apparently) is up to each indiviual manager, and I've hear no more about my complaint.
Anyone know how long they usually take to get back to you. My conversation with the young lady didn't fill me with hope.0 -

Pricing and interpretation of the wording is not up to the individual manager. POS has to be clear and unambiguous. It should be completely clear to the individual what the offer is and what products are on offer. I would phone HO back and also contact TS.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
