Expired Tesco vouchers

Here's what to do to sort out your Tesco Clubcard vouchers that are about to expire or have already expired.
First of all make sure the vouchers have an online code. Then call Clubcard on 0800591688, quote your Clubcard number, verify your identity and mention that you want to credit your account with your voucher(s). Tell them the online code of the voucher(s) and voila, they will appear on your next statement. You can check they have been credited to your account by checking your balance online, although I'm not sure whether that happens immediately or takes some time; I think it would probably take a few days. Easy peasy, did it myself the other day. :j

You can register with Tesco online and put your clubcard number is and then your balance is there.
PTS is a website called Paid to Shop-it has lots on information about Tesco. It's a forum like here.
Hope that helps.0 -

Thanks both!
Well we're planning on getting married December 2010 and prob honeymoon January 2011. Booking now had crossed my mind actually, but as I don't often go on holidays (or honeymoons LOL!) I didn't know how far in advance I could book, but that would certainly be an easier option.
I'll check that option out first I think!
If you converted your vouchers now, they have 6 months validity, giving you 6 months to pick your honeymoon...before expiry..Couponing....."every little hurts"

i had a few vouchers that went out of date and I was told there was nothing I could do with them when I went to customer services she told me to throw them away as they were useless, apparantly you used to be able to change them for a better date but not anymore so just check to be sure
Afaik....if they are EXPIRED, then you cant exchange or redeem them....but you can, upto the expiry date...Couponing....."every little hurts"

Brilliant. I just did this, they didnt even need the code just the expiry date and total amount. She said they would appear on my November statement.
Though I'm not sure how you can check that your points total is correct, I guess you just assume that it is and have a rough guess. As long as it is more than you have had credited.....am I being fick again? Here's what to do to sort out your Tesco Clubcard vouchers that are about to expire or have already expired.

Just remember how many points you are due to have re-creditted, and when you get your statement it should show the exact ammount.
PS......were these expired.......or due to expire soon...Couponing....."every little hurts"

I had trouble when I moved up north in 2006 in that Tesco twice mucked up my address change. As I am so slack I didn't manage to extract any Clubcard vouchers until 2008, and Tesco customer services happily recredited the vouchers that had got sent to the wrong address. Basically they just said as long as they hadn't been spent (which they could see on their system) it was fine.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Please help!
I just phoned Tesco to get my clubcard vouchers put back on my card that had expired, thinking I could from posts on here.
I was told they have changed the rules because people were abusing the system picking up till receipts and kept getting them credited back on to their card.
I haven't been saving vouchers for a year or two now - but went mad saving in about 2006 - now they are all lost - I'm gutted
Please tell me if I am doing something wrong!0
