I recently realised I had let £110 of clucard tokens go out of date (I know, I am a plonker) So far they have recredited £70 which expired in May this year, but not the £40 that expired in November the year before. There is a new harsher policy whereby it is up to their discretion if the clubcard vouchers are recredited.

These were not deal tokens like yours, so there may be a different policy for this, I would ring up clubcard first and ask.

I have had vouchers expire and I phoned Tesco clubcard and they give me an address to send them to. The lady I spoke to send they will recredit them but they only do it once, mine were recredited. Give them a ring x

There is a set time period. I let a number of vouchers expire only this year. When I noticed they re-credited some but the ones from November 2008 were beyond the date. They drop of the system and Tesco say they have no way of checking them.

I had some expired deals tokens and rang the helpline. They were very helpful and said to return them with a covering letter. They then recredited them to my clubcard account and they showed on the next statement. I tried to get them reissued in the same vouchers but they have to recredit to your account first and then reissue. I was thankful that they could do anything so didn't mind.

    Flippin' eck!

Mine were only about a week out of date so I binned them.

I wish I had got the name of the person I had spoken to who said I couldn't them recredited.

Quick Q about Tesco vouchers, hope this is in the right place...

I have a stack of vouchers which I have had for a fair while and not used, and will start to expire later in the year. I am sure I read somewhere that people who have had this same problem have been able to send the vouchers back and get new ones instead of them just expiring - is this right?

I'm really hoping I can because ever since I started collecting points I've amassed a number of vouchers but not used them, and now we are planning on getting married next year, I'd love to be able to use them towards a honeymoon :D

The answer to your question is yes....(altho ive not done it myself)...there is information on here(MSE) and PTS explaining how it is done

Isnt it possible to book the holiday you want now...its far easier than getting them exchanged.....when do u plan to go..as they have a 6 month life after being converted...

    Alternately, I recently sent in 2 x £22.50 vouchers and only spent £25 of them...getting £20 recreditted....
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
