Catt, I would ring Mr T if I were you because as mentioned earlier they can check their system to see if there are any others on your account that have gone missing. Who knows your hubby may still have an out of date stash he still knows nothing about !
Just give 'em a ring, you will be nicely up to date then0 -
I lost all my vouchers a few months ago and after turning the house upside down searching for them, I phoned the helpline. The guy was very nice and looked through my account to find out which vouchers I had not used. He then added all the points back onto my account and they came in my next mailing.0

Sure I have seen this before, but cannot find it on a search!
I am saving for a holiday on Tesco vouchers, but will need 4 years worth, meaning that some are soon out of date. I asked Tesco about extending, and they said I could not extend, but could put the points back in the pot.
Thank you for your email.
I appreciate you contacting us regarding extending the validity of the Clubcard vouchers.
Please accept my apologies for any disappointment this may cause. I am sorry to inform that, your Clubcard vouchers are valid for 2 years and can be used in-store, at a fuel station or online with Tesco.com. You may prefer to spend your vouchers on one of our many Clubcard Deals offers or convert them to Airmiles. There is lots of choice.
I would also like to inform that, we do not have the facility to extend the vouchers date. However, you can claim the expired vouchers by calling our helpline number on 0800 591688 or sending an email to us with all the expired vouchers code so that we can cancel them and put the points back to your account.
Thank you for contacting us.
Is it me, or is that the same thing, only I don't want to risk losing them.....around £200+ in 2 years.
Thanks.O would some power the giftie gie us to see ourselves as others see us.

We have found the easiest way to not let your tesco vocuhers to expire is to use then to buy single small items, e.g. a £10 voucher used to buy 1 2.50 item, the change is then valid on a new voucher for 2 years, you slowly build up bigger and bigger vouchers with change you get back every quarter, but only each time you spend the smallest amount using them one at once on single orders, the oldest first, thereby renewing most of the money on them forward up to 2 years.
Hope that makes sense.0 -
It is the same thing virtually ... Send the vouchers back and they will add them back on and you will have them reissued at the next statement date ...
Even if you claim 'deals' with them ... and if the deals expire or you do not use them ... you can simply return them also and have the total credited back to your account ...LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0 -

I have this morning been told by a manager than expired vouchers will NOT be re-issued.
I have had an ongoing problem with my clubcard account since last year and each time I have phoned the helpline I have been told that my (newly) expired vouchers will be cancelled and re-issued in the next mailing. EVERY csa I have spoken to (MANY!) has told me this can be done as long as you ask within 3 months of the expiry date.
Several of my vouchers which have been re-issued have not shown up in my points balance, so yet again, a csa manually cancelled and re-issued them. It has taken 8 weeks to finally get a manager to explain that Head Office sent a memo last year stating that expired vouchers wil not be re-issued. It doesn't matter what the csa says or does, the computer will pick up on the expired date and wont process the re-issue request. He admitted that there are csa's who are still working under the old policy and are telling people they can be re-issued when they can't and that's where my points balance discrepancy occurred
I've written to HO with an offical complaint as I am more than a little annoyed about being misled and also because I have now lost out on vouchers which would have got me £300 worth of deals.
So if you have vouchers nearing expiry....phone now to get them re-issued. If you have expired vouchers...you've lost them.Herman - MP for all!

i have now had 2 tescos clubcard vouchers that have expired, but i used them online, they were both for @ £20 and i save towards haven holidays every year, even though they had expired they were still accepted online towards a deal, 1 voucher i used for 2 magazine subscriptions and £40.00 worth of days out vouchers, the last one which expired i used with tescos online and got 2 books. if you have expired vouchers try them online they may still work.
