Does anyone know if VM will be doing any other phones except the Lobster and that cheap Nokia?

they told me that after the lobsters run out it's a sim only offer - but they didn't mention the cheap nokia at all so maybe they were making it up :rotfl:

I phoned them last week and the computer system was down - only handset available then was a basic nokia. I phoned again today and they have the free pink lobster and for 29.99 you can get a black motorola pebl. Thats mr bigburds Christmas sorted! The offer is still 2 per household. They're getting delivered tomorrow.

so you can pay extra to upgrade to a different phone? they didn't tell me that, i asked specifically! grrrr! i want something that isn't pink for my son, will have to call them :-)

Hi, Just ordered a motorola u6 pbl phone for £29.99 includes delivery with the £10 a month offer. I think a good bargain.

on their website they list the phones for pay as you go. lobster is £80 with £50 airtime, pebl is £90 with £50 airtime. i like the pebl, would have thought they'd give it cheaper though, if their lobsters are free :rotfl:

i've built up a loyalty bonus (off the cost of a phone) for being a PAYG customer. it's £20, i think that might be 2 years loyalty. so i could order a pebl for £70 with £50 airtime for my nephews.

anyway, does anyone know if you build up this loyalty bonus with the contract, or is it just PAYG?

Just to let you all know that i spoke with Customer services (via 01225 895555) who told me there were no other phones available apart from the Pink Lobbie or the very inferior nokia 1112, so i asked if they could connect me to sales team. The recorded message said it would be up to an hour for me to be able to speak to rep but i hung on and was through in less than 5 minutes.

Helpful guy offered the same as above but when i questioned a bit more he offered the Pebl for 29.99 and 2.99 delivery today!

Great so now i have a phone and £10 month sim for wife.

i called last month to cancel my childs NTL £10/month deal. they said it would be cancelled from the 25th and i even got a text saying its cancelled. but this month when we check the available minuted it shows another 300 minutes and texts available. dont know why?

I phoned up last week to order. she said they still had some lobster phones!!! wooohhoo ! so i talked through all the bank details etc with them. i didn't receive any notification or anything. it was supposed to turn up today but didn't so i just telephoned them to see what was going on. they didn't have any reference of my order under my name or anything i had to reorder and no lobster phones i feel like I've been screwed over, I've been looking forward to receiving my phone all week
