I just replied to her with the following....
"I await the arrival with bated breath........bearing in mind that I know you have actually sold the pushchair as I have spoken to the lady who now owns it on the Isle of Wight!"It will always be impossible to please everybody all of the time but so long as someone is happy with me somewhere at some point, my job here is done!0 -

:rotfl::rotfl:That'll take her by surprise! She obviously thinks shes got a great plan to make money here and she's been well and truely rumbled......and she'd have gotten away with it if it hadn't been for those meddling MSEers!!0 -
OMG.
I've been rendered speechless and am utterly stunned by her response which I've just received........
"LETS HOPE YOU HAVE FINALLY DONE THE RIGHT THING AND ARRANGED TO REPAIR IT FOR HER AS I WAS TRYING TO GET THE MONEY FROM YOU TO SEND TO HER SO SHE COULD FIX IT AS I NEVER USED IT AND DIDNT THINK FOR ONE MINUTE YOU WOULD HAVE SOLD ME A BROKEN BUGGY!!!
I AM SO SICK OF BEING SCAMMED BY EBAYER S LIKE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!"It will always be impossible to please everybody all of the time but so long as someone is happy with me somewhere at some point, my job here is done!0 -
I have never such utter bull in my life!! Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0 -
Just reply and say that given the woman is very happy with the stroller, and it was just some initial teething problems, then you don't see what the problem is, as no repair is required.
(and if she's not registered as a business seller, report her!)
AND BLOCK HER!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
I'm afraid I couldn't stop my fingers from giving her this response......
You've got an absolute nerve, I'll give you that! I am an honest person who would NEVER sell anything that was broken. I sold you a stroller that was in perfect working order but I don't need to keep stating that because you already know it is the truth.
As for scamming you....How on earth can you claim that?? You were trying to tell me that you had been give an repair quote despite having sold the stroller on to someone else 3 weeks earlier!!
In fact you were still trying to claim £19.99 off me, even though she'd closed her dispute with you because she felt sorry for you...... Apparently you told her you were unable to pay your mortgage after she'd had your Paypal funds frozen!?!?!
I also seem to recall one of your messages to me, stating "Please don't call me a liar" ....... I personally think that the above, proves you are exactly that!
I am utterly shocked by the way you have attempted to de-fraud me and I have informed both Ebay and Paypal of your deceit.
And for the record, your buyer (Emma) is very happy with the stroller and has no plans to return it. In fact, she hasn't even had to get it repaired because there is nothing wrong with it!!
I am not prepared to discuss this any further with you.
I am assuming that Ebay and Paypal will deal with you as they see fit and I can assure you that this has been a massive learning curve for me. From now onwards, when my listings state 'local collection' they will only be local collection so that the buyer can see for themselves on the spot how accurate my listings are!"It will always be impossible to please everybody all of the time but so long as someone is happy with me somewhere at some point, my job here is done!0 -
Fantastic response! I wonder if she'll reply to that?? Been smoke free for 4 years!! :beer:0

I've been following your thread absolutely disgusted at your buyer, I applaud you for your detective work and coming to the bottom of your scammer and hope ebay deal with her appropriately. Your last message is brilliant, I wonder if she'll reply.

A lot has happened since then lol but I think I looked at her feedback to see who she had sold items to and then looked up what they had bought via goofbay.luvvlyjubbly wrote: »going back to the goofbay about finding the ID....I still get stars when trying to find buyers....let me in on the secret pleaseIt will always be impossible to please everybody all of the time but so long as someone is happy with me somewhere at some point, my job here is done!0
