Hi there
Have just read through the 3 pages of this and was wondering if you have received your funds back as yet ??
I had a problem with paypal a few months back (pushchair related) basicaly someone returned a pushchair to me that had been damaged in transit to them,
so i said return for a refund and i will claim from courier, they said they had returned and i never received it back, turns out courier decided to leave in hallways of a block of flats and sign delivered.
paypal refund buyer as showing as delivered, several trips to dhl office to get them to change tracking details as i had not signed for anything, at first they would not admit i had not signed then tried to make me claim for the loss wich i declined as i said can you guarantee me she has insured it for the correct sum and i will get my money back 100% they could not so had no other choice to update tracking details to show true, trying at the same time to sort it out with the courier they used to return item to me (there courier useless and did not even bother to reply to me) eventualy paypal got the proof from me and gave me my money back out of there own pocket.
I explained to them that buyer knew i had not had item back so now had been refunded and held the paperwork needed to claim from her courier and actualy make money, paypal had already phoned my local dhl to confirm item was missing and said that they were going to keep in contact with them should she try to make a claim (yeah right)
Spent ages back and forth ringing and phoning paypal costing a fortune getting a different customer service person each time and bog standard replies to my emils most that did not even bare resembelence to my problem, finaly i got a guy that understood my problem and was prepared to help he asked me to email over my new tracking proof to
cssupport@paypal.co.uk
I did this and within a matter of days someone from paypal actualy phoned me (i know dont pass out) and told me they were going to refund me.
also forward the same email onto
ukresolutions@paypal.co.uk
ppelce@paypal.co.uk
crme@paypal.com
appeal@paypal.com
account-review@paypal.com
complaint-response@paypal.com
(one or two of the addresses will bounce back as undelivered but the rest will go through and make someone over there at paypal listed hopefuly)
Prehaps it is worth emailing the above email address and explain everything that has happened with the scamming buyer and hopefuly they will release the funds back to you.

A few days ago I had a nice chat with the new owner of the stroller. (after looking at my listing she was 99.9% certain my stroller was the one she now owned!)
Apparently she is very happy with it now, although initially she had some teething problems and contacted her seller (my buyer cgtitles)
It would seem that these teething problems were related to me word for word via the dispute!
Anyway, she assures me that she will be keeping the pushchair.
Imagine my surprise when I received a personal email (not a msg through Ebay0o last night telling me the following:
"Hiya
Just to let you know that I will be returning the zapp and will send you the tracking number asap.
Regards
Alison"
I wonder what I will be receiving?!?!?!? I'll keep you updated and roll on Saturday when her time is up!!!
It will always be impossible to please everybody all of the time but so long as someone is happy with me somewhere at some point, my job here is done!0 -
Wow, this is all so shady. What a horrible HORRIBLE buyer. I hope she gets in the !!!! for it, can you do her for fraud? Or anything? I would lol0

Hope saturday comes before the pushchair arrives, keeping my fingers crossed for you!0

i think you should get something in writing from this other buyer confirming that they believe they have your stroller and a copy of the ebay listing so should you get a completely different stroller back that you can defend it, alternatively you could reply and say that your aware that she has sold it on on ebya.0

I'd be tempted to ask what she will be returning as she has already sold it and the buyer is more than happy now.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Blimey!
If I were you I'd be half tempted to reply
"And how do you propose doing that then when I happen to know you have actually sold the pushchair on? Hmmmmm?"
But then she would know you were on to her.......You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

oh goodness this is outragious!! I agree, get something in writing from the lady who is almost certain that she has bought your pushchair from this idiot. Also I would be tempted to make the person aware that you know they have sold it, they may be pushing their luck with you and assuming you have no idea that they are messing you around, when clearly you have done a lot of detective work into this and you know full well what they are up to!! good luck x0

The thing is, if she bought the stroller for £90, then sold it on for £100, she'll have made a loss of at least a tenner in various fees and postage, presuming she posted it to the new buyer.

I'd reply to her saying that you noticed she'd sold an identical stroller just days later to another buyer, and that you've been in touch with the new owner, and they have confirmed by the security water mark that the stroller was marked with that it's the same one, and she is happy with it, so how can she send it back when it's already sold?
If she even thinks about sending anything else back, then I'd take her to court!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
