Not to worry that makes me a weirdo too!I'll be wrapping some tomorrow. Got to take them down to my mums next week. It'll save me dragging loads along a Christmas time when I visit
As my dad always used to say 'Just because you've got the money doesn't mean to say you have to spend it all at once'0 -
wheres the best place for flanelette sheets please? - not sure I an cope with another trip to ikea and hope to avoid paying delivery charges by ordering online but happy to if it saves overall
Got king size last year but can't remember where and want singles this time
I love Debenhams ones. They currently have a sale on & free delivery. Also there is a 10% off code that may work as well https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1076829
Don't forget Quidco or Topcashback!0 -

1 tesco and yellow polo shirts!
Try here , delivery is £5 though for three items or less, so that may make it too expensive. I have never used the company so can't comment on quality or anything.

Just buy safety pins and pin fleeces to them. If they are lined do it inside or if they are not, just take the curtain down and lay it out and cut the fleece to size and use small gold/silver safety pins along the top.0 -
Had to drag the winter blankets out, to throw on my bed last night... it was so cold!
I am definitely feeling the need to prepare for winter now, if this is only September!Debt Free Journey started 21.05.20170 -
I'm going to put all my autumn/winter clothes in the wardrobe today & start to bag up the summer stuff.

Hi all
Gigervamp what are these fabulous water repellent trews cos I would like some too - I hate getting wet thighs when Im out with doglets and get caught by the rain - the gap between wellies and waterproof jacket is sooo annoying I am even thinking of getting something called a 'carriage driving apron' but they are £35 + !!
I was just wondering if we (and by that I mean someone a darn sight cleverer than me) could make up an index type thingy of all the things like yaktrax, fleece lining curtains, foil radiators. window quilts etc so its all in one place. I know there ias a recipe one...
Hoping to get some yellow plums from a friend today but she guards them jealously so I will be lucky if I get any (Id be the same as they are the champagne of the plum world!!) Apart from that all I have done in last 48 hours is order the bubble wrap and sleep -think I might have had a bit of a bug.debt free 2021 at current DMP rate[/COLOR] (probably be in an old peoples home by then)0 -
