    abwsco - I've only had my ex batts a fortnight, so they are more interested in growing new feathers than moulting any existing ones, but 2 of the 3 at my parents house are currently moulting, normally they wait until September / October.

    Firstly, can I ask what CS is? Seems to be a store of some kind which crops up a lot, but can't work out what it is.

    Bought myself some Craghoppers fleece lined trousers last night as they were reduced to £15 (from £55!) Also, thanks to whoever mentioned the Lidl dishwasher salt at 89p for 2kg boxes, popped in and got myself a couple today. We nearly broke legs last year trying to climb the steps up to our house! Also, got the replacements for my Yaktrax (a small was too small for my size 6 DM's), medium fits much better and can put them on without giving myself a hernia!

    Ahhh, enjoy your exbatts:) That's what we started off with at first and it's wonderful watching how quickly they become proper chickens again. Sadly ours are no longer with us but each one had the sun shining on them on their last day.

    No idea what CS is though so I'm glad you asked:)

    Hello

    CS = Charity Shop

    I have recently become a convert to shopping for clothes there, today I got jeans, dress and a top for £6! (they are having a sale!)

    Wow, well done. The CS's round here are always really expensive for clothes.

    Thanks for that. I've ordered a pair, just hoping they fit. (I never trust the measurements clothing companies put online.)

    Me too. Sizing these days is so out that I just go with what I normally am. Looking forward to getting these.

    Many thanks for the link.
