i used to visit manchester alot when i was younger and used to get some odd looks when i said certain words,once when i exclaimed it was Baltic ( freezing) they looked at me as if i had 2 heads, also used to be asked quite regular what part of Ireland i came from!! even wierder looks when i said Glasgow< you could just see their wee brains trying to work it out lol:oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!

I.m glad to you ve managed to get to shops and get new tv and shopping was thinking that lady either can t get a tv for her daughter for xmas or her ones blown up and she is without one had an old black and white one in the loft and was thinking how to get it to you but no worries now all is good , mind you just goes to show dont we all rely on this square box in the living room alot what if tv did nt exist what would we all do :rotfl:hope everyone has good day.0

bbrrr.although we've had v little in the way of snow in devon,its been sooo cold ova night,my condensing boiler pipes have frozen for the last 2mornings,and although they are lagged with silver bubblewrap stuff they have still frozen solid so we've been freezing til ive been able to defrost them and get boiler reset,ggrrr.going to get a plumber in afta winter to find a better solution.
hope everyone is keeping warm!0 -
