They look brilliant, what is the sole made of? Like Sylvan said earlier, I end up going outside still in my slippers so usually try to get something a bit hardwearing.

The sole is a faux suede, so they are soft. DH goes outside all the time in his but they're far from waterproof and not really desinged for anything more stressful than a bit of grass! I wear mine in the house and just keep a pair of slip on shoes near the door and just slip them on if I need to nip out.

Thanks for the info ... I would probably wreck them but they look gorgeous and soooo cosy. I would get them in a hearbeat but I am cutting back my spending bigtime!
Trying to spend less time on MSE so I can get more done ... it's not going great so far! :)
Sorry if I don't reply to posts - I'm having MAJOR trouble keeping up these days!
