Brilliant!
I think it's great for the kids as we don't seem to get as much as we did in the 60's and 70's!0 -

arrghh turns out there is something not right about this high-up windows in my livingroom
they have hooks the seem like a latch that you put the pole-hook thing in and then pull down to open (they tilt open)...but the thingies pull down etc... but there is no actual latch! Basically there is nothing keeping the window closed tight - this goes for all the windows!
Their position is fine, we're not going to get burgled via them being pushed open unless Spiderman fancies it, no way any one could get up that part of the outside of the building and so high up, no ledges or anything and it would be the equivelent of being on the 5th floor (also the top floor) of the building itself.
but not being closed tight is the problem... here comes another email to the letting agent.... yawn
Also got my lovely winter coat out to put on (i HATE winter coats so i can never find one that i like) i got it last year and it's so snuggly... but the zip broke!! loads of the teeth things have fell out and i got stuck in it and had to yank it open and completely knacker the zip
i can't sew and the zip looks really stitched ini don't know what to do because i can't find any coats in the shops that i like at all
On the upside tho just had a mug of hot choc...defo the best winter warmer!0
