Preparing for winter II

oooh went in Tesco last night and was a bit naughty, yummy hot choc was buy one get one free (the nice kind you make with milk not the instant)... a bit of a naughty one but its so nice to come in from the cold and have a mug of hot choccy! I drink tea and coffee in the morning at work but prefer something more chocolatey in the evenings lol.. so now i have tonnes of the stuff!! (well 2 tubs... but thats enough to last me!.... maybe.....)

I hope this is still available on Friday when I go to Tesco - we go through a tub a week!

should be, these offers are usually on for a week aren't they? i hope so, that's a lot of hot choc! (once it gets colder i'll probably be going through a tub a week too hehe!)

got my, well my daughters , sledge today! really quick delivery from simply piste!

she was a little surprised at the size i think she thought it would be bigger but she'll get used to the different style. we don't have space for the long harder body style and as i mentioned before, they always seem to hit something and crack and aren't long for the world after that so i think she'll do well with this one and SHE can carry it to the park

now all we need is the snow... i wonder how long i can keep her inside before she's begging me to take her out on the new sledge

now if only my heated airer from lakeland would show up....

on a side note has anyone else had trouble getting on to the forum i can get on another part of MSE but my computer refuses to open the forums section, took me ages just to get on to write a reply

Thanks for the link, I'm being incredibly dim here but... how do you ride the lollipop shape sledges? And are they really big enough for the 6 ft tall lads?

the forum was down for a while yesterday so they might still be ironing out the creases from that

The site has been running slow yesterday and today. You might be interested in this thread. Seems to have quickened up now as there are less people using it....fingers crossed! HTH
