Be careful to check statements as they have your card details, might even be sensible to ""lose"" your card and get the bank to issue a new one.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I ordered the moon on a stick and it came the next day!
Seriously, how gullible do you 1 post maestros think we all are? lol0 -
I have just sent Utopia an email asking them about the progress of my order for DC31- I got the email about their system, then emailed them to say I wanted to use the £10 discount voucher and use internet banking, then waited for the last 8 days for my order/ a reply, anything from them!! Not a jot! I'm so worried that I've lost £100!!!0

Re my previous posting, I have just been phoned by the company, and I now realise that I hadn't actually completed the transaction, so hadn't paid!! So I was wrong in my assumption that Utopia had my money - apologies to them!!0

Orderd mine last Wednesday evening by credit card, I received two emails to say I had registered with the company and my order had been placed. I contacted them by phone to check delivery details I spoke to John Ensinger on Friday he told me his card system was being replaced and offered me a £10 discount for the inconvience and asked if I would like to pay by Cheque or bank transfer. He sent me an email to confirm this and also an invoice if I choose to pay this way. He said he had reserved the goods for me so could I let him know what I decided to do. I took the chance and paid by bank transfer on Monday I then received an email with a Tracking number from fedex. My DC31 A arrived today what a bargin at £99.99. I am really pleased. Fast and fair service. If I had seen this forum before I had paid I would not have gone ahead so pleased I did. :j0

Hi,
I had a similar experience with request for money transfer which without thinking straight, I did as the invoice I was sent showed the Dyson was £99 incl. VAT & delivery which was around £30 cheaper than the cheapest advertised!
I didn't hear anything and e-mails were at first ignored and phone number was a voicemail. However, I sent a further e-mail stating I was going to report this to the police and Watchdog if I did not hear anything within 24hrs and low and behold I then received a reply from John Ensinger apologising for delay as he had to take his son to hospital and it will be sent by FedEx the next day.
I received the product on time as they stated in brand new condition and considered myself lucky, but also pleased I got myself a bargain:).
Vendor needs to up his game with his customer service or is likely to damage his reputation and his business, (if this hasn't already happened). Also seems strange that his payment system that he is having replaced is still not in place since the first discussion was posted on 07/09. Mmmmm!0 -
