we know you are genuine, as even though its your first post you arent backing the scam up! were only harsh to those obviously part of the con, trying to make out it will end well for others so they go ahead and lose cash too.

If i were you i would cancel your card. better to go through the hassle of getting a new one than the hassle of fraud at a later date.

Not quite sure what's going on with this thread??? I Don't post that regularly but do visit the forums frequently, can provide a couple of boards where they might be able to vouch for me if needs be..

I ordered from the said website on monday via my C.C was expecting a quick delivery but so far no item, no response to emails, phone not being answered, one number isn't even for the same company, now website appears to be down and parcel tracking information invalid!

After all the above and reading this thread i have every reason to be suspcious even though nothing has been taken from my credit card as yet, it might be hasty but i have contacted my bank and advised them to stop my card, and informed the company to cancel my order.

Needless to say i'm incredibly annoyed at myself for even attempting to use an unknown company in the first place, i guess christmas panic set in just a tad lol

Will try to remember to update if there is anything to report, until then best of luck to anyone that has ordered and merry christmas to one & all

I have found this forum very confusing and dont really know what to think. I thought these forum were meant to help people yet all it seem to had done is slate people (myself included). I maybe nieve but I really want to beleive the people who said they got theirs. Cos then maybe I will get mine! Nobody like losing money exspeically this close to xmas.

You are right, I am not John Esiger, I am a Captain for a well known low cost airline. I have been a commercial pilot for nearly 10 years, and like most people enjoy a bargain, no matter how much I earn before the cynics jump in!!!

My experience recently has been very favourable - yes, their credit card system was down but after a bit of checking I decided to go ahead and transfer £84.99 for my Dyson31 (£5 compensation for no credit card). Got through to them by phone and spoke to Anthony in sales who explained their problems and said an e-mail would be sent the day before delivery by fedex. Everything went according to plan (delay due to snow for a couple of days,as expected) and very pleased with the product and the company!:j

i have seen offer from dyson dc25 brought and paid for it on wed got an email from utopia saying order taken .i have been watching this forum and after seeing this wish i hadn`t brought it now, i have paid by credit card after reading this i phoned company no answer and website now shut down think i have been done as well having to cancel my credit card

I have no doubt he has now done a runner with the money! The web site & sister sites are all down, all emails bounce. No answer on the phone.

I will be reporting this to Suffolk Police to start an investigation.

I would strongly suggest anybody who has given their credit card details, cancel it and get a new one ASAP.

I will add the crime reference when I have it, good luck,.
